Subhadra Kumari Chauhan was a renowned Indian poetess and advocate for freedom. Subhadra Kumari Chauhan was the first female Satyagrahi to be court-arrested in Nagpur and was sent to prison twice for her participation in anti-British rallies in 1923 and 1942.
